Adoption ApplicationSome people have had problems downloading the application. I have tried it from two different computers and have had no problem with it at all. Please follow the directions below to download the file and save it to email it back to Sue that way or to send it as a fax.
We are sorry that temporarily we will not be able to offer an online application. It seems someone thinks they are way too funny and they are intent on filling the application with junk and sending it to us. Guess they do not realize how busy we are and how important our work is in saving these dogs. We will therefore only offer a downloadable version online. Click HERE to download. It is in word format and you can either send it to Sue via email once it is filled out or you can print and send via snail mail or by fax. Directions for downloading: click on the application for download at the above link marked HERE. A window will open to ask if you want to run the file or download it. Select download and save it to your desktop. Then, go to your desktop and open the file. Once the file is opened, fill in your information and then in the file command select save. Once that is done, you can then click on this link: SUE and then attach the application to your email using the insert command on your email application. You may also fax the application back to Sue. The questionnaire will assist both you and us in determining if your household is prepared to assume the role of responsible caretaker for a rescued animal. Thank you for filling it out.
