My name is Chelsea-and I am a character for sure. I was be 5 years old
in June. I am what is called a "dead grass" color, which in human terms
would be a "blonde"--- I am on a bit of a diet-am a bit fluffy if you know
what I mean. I have one other strange thing-my tongue seemed to keep
growing when the rest of me quit-so I usually have about 2 inches of it
hanging out of the front of my mouth. Makes me cuter my foster mom says
and boy-it makes for good kisses.
I LIKE TO CHASE CATS!!!! So maybe you better not have any of them? I
like to ROOO and talk. A LOT! I get SOOOO excited and the ROOO's just keep
coming. I ROO with the Kong in my mouth and it makes my foster mom laugh.
She says I sound like an elk or a oooga horn. I also howl when I hear a
siren-darn thing hurts my ears.
I have learned fairly quickly where the treat jar is kept-I like to go
and sit near it and stare it down-I usually get a treat that way-the trick
is to sit quietly and look cute. I do very nice sits.
I am a very good and quiet girl in my crate -and I sleep quietly all
night long. - I would make a good only dog, but would do fine with a laid
back male doggie. I will be ok with kids as long as they are older so I
don't knock them down and they are strong enough to throw the ball all day
long for me to retrieve.
I need someone who knows and understands the Chessie protective nature
and knows how to deal with it. I love people, but I will sound rough and
tough when strangers come around-
I have had all of my shots, am spayed, Heart Worm negative, and have
my microchip now also.
